Dr. del Castillo is the best doctor I have ever seen. At my first visit, he listened ---- really listened. He did a complete examination and then offered suggestions. Before writing a prescription, he gave me many options and invited my opinion. He was respectful of my feelings. My insurance plan does not cover my visits, but I think I am worth the extra special time and attention that I received from Dr. del Castillo.
A friend recommended me to Dr. del Castillo and I will absolutely tell my friends.

Dr. delCastillo has a great diet plan in his office. I am losing weight in a safe way and not complaining of being hungry. Before I started the diet, Dr. del Castillo talked to me for a very long time to be sure I understood how the diet worked. His staff encouraged me every step of the way. On days that I am tempted to eat something not on the diet, I call the office and the staff keeps me honest and celebrates every step of my weight loss. Dr. delCastillo did blood work and an EKG before I started the diet and he monitors my progress every week. I love his diet plan.

Dr. Del delivered my 3rd & 4th child & as long as I can help it I would never go to another OB/GYN. I don't need an OB anymore but I have paid cash when my insurance didn't have him on my plan for well women visits. My first was delivered by a Dr. I didn't even know due to the time of night & it was a attending Dr.. The second was a woman that I liked but was in another town that I lived at the time. Then I met Dr. Del & fell for him, as he is so caring & attentive. When I was in delivery with my third he was playing with my other kids teaching them yo-yo tricks then he said a little poem when she came out that I don't remember the words exactly but it was something like "down to the ground & up to the moon" as he coaxed her out. With the 4th & last, after a long night, he was born & my whole family went straight over to see the baby seconds after the birth forgoing me, but not Dr. Del, he instead came & kissed me on the check to tell me what a great job I did. That was awesome! Since then I have not made regular well-women visits sometimes there have been 5 years in between but I can't tell because he remembers me completely & he also makes me (& everyone else, I'm sure) totally comfortable in a situation that seems should be totally uncomfortable.

Dr. Hector del Castillo, Jr. is conservative in nature. He will not suggest anything without researching it thoroughly. He leaves the door open for you to ask questions or suggest an approach to any situation first. He is cheerful, comforting, gentle, kind, trustworthy, experienced, and honorable...no improvements suggested.

Dr. del Castillo is one of the most caring doctors you will ever find. He actually listens to you!!! Even if I did not have insurance I would pay out of pocket to see him. He is AMAZING!!

I "fired" my OB/GYN of 25 years and am now going to Dr. Del Castillo. I had rave reviews from my boss and 2 friends and went to visit him regarding bioidentical hormones. He is so caring, comforting and considerate! He even sits with you in his office and talks before the exam and if you need to call him, he calls you back, not someone else. Amazing. He's a wonderful man and doctor.
