Dr. Chai is professional and caring. I had a total hysterectomy after she had taken the time to explain everything to me and gave me all of my options, rather than pushing me into surgery. I did contract C-Diff infection while in the hospital, which Dr. Chai treated responsibly and quickly referred me to a specialist.
