The office staff is very caring and professional. Scheduling for surgery and office visits is excellent. I rarely have to wait long to see the physician. Dr Robinson is an extraordinary doctor and surgeon and I have been really pleased with the results. He is one of those physicians who takes the time to explain everything in easy-to-understand terms. He takes the time to answer all your questions and to really HEAR you so you feel you are really important to him. I have come to him for over 10 years for various large and small procedures and have never been disappointed.

Very personable, enjoys what he does and extremely knowledgeable about his work. There was only one issue around my surgery and that was the time it was scheduled with the hospital was different then what was on my paperwork. I was an hour early and unfortunately Dr. Burke was held up by a previous surgery so I did have to wait a few hours. I would recommend bringing a friend/family member not only drop you off/wait with you before surgery, but during the pre-op visit to help ask any questions you might not think of.

I am a 61-year-old woman who has been seeing Dr. Robinson for about 10 years, and I am extremely pleased with the results. He stays up on the latest surgical and procedural techniques and applies them with great care. Other facial plastic surgeons study under him on various techniques because he is so respected in his fied. I also appreciate that he is conservative with my facial enhancements and never pushes me to do something too drastic. I saw him the first time for upper and lower eyelid surgery, and my eyes still look great after 10 years. He came highly recommended by my dermatologist. Over the years, I have seen him for Botox, Sculptra, and other fillers. Lately, I have talked to him about neck and chin surgery, but he says that it is not needed yet. Considering what is best for his patients and when the timing is right is a great quality that he possesses. He is not just trying to push his patients into surgery for the money. He keeps my face looking young without any complications. Not only is he superb in his expertise, but he is also a very kind and gracious person. His staff is also the same way. My experience could not have been better over the years, and I will continue to see him well into my old age.

I used Dr. Robinson for my eyelid lift. I didn't know what to expect, I was worried that it would be obvious that I'd had work done and I was worried about scarring. I can't tell you how pleased I am with Dr. Robinson's work! My eyes look so natural and there is no sign of scarring. I knew I was in good hands when one of the nurses at the hospital told me that she would use him if she ever needed work done! I recommend Dr. Robinson highly.
