I would recommend DR.KRATZ to anybody that needs a Dr. in the gettysburg area. He is a family Dr. and is so nice and kind. He will sit and listen to all your concerns and if you need anything done he will refeer you to another Dr. that is in that practice and not leave it up to you to find one. He is so wonderful to my kids and they are not scared to see him. He always enters the examining room with a smile on his face. Dr. Kratz takes the time to make my children feel comfortable and explains everything that is going on during there visit in terms that they understand. I also like this Dr. myself because he will take the time to explain things to me and answer any questions I have and I don't feel like he is rushing to get to the next patient. That personal touch of having a Dr. that takes the time to listen and answer any questions you have is sometimes hard to find and I would Highly recommend DR. KRATZ to anybody.
