Once again I cannot say enough about Dr Pyatak. He diagnosed my incontinence back in May. He thoroughly evaluated my problem and suggested that I would be a perfect candidate for a sling procedure. He then peformed the procedure. I had no down time and no pain. I immediately had my life back. I am able to live life without worrying about leaking on myself. I have been able to get back to doing what I love to do without worry!
Dr. Pyatak is an absolute angel. He is extremely kind and caring. He has always gone out of his way to make me feel comfortable during our visits. I am grateful to be a patient of his.

I have leaked urine when ever I did any strenuous activity for years. Used Depends pads a long time. Always thought my problem was untreatable. Then heard that I could possibly be cured. I was referred to Dr. Pyatak who evaluated my problem and told me that a simple out patient procedure called a "sling" could be helpful. I had it done and had no pain afterwards. It was only a 10 minute procedure. Any now I am happy to say that I no longer leak urine! I have been able to return to do most of the activities I have shyed away from over the years of my worsening problem. I encourage all to look into this remarkable life restoring therapy. I have long suffered from pelvic pain and have been to many doctors including my pc, obgyne, urology, gi. All told me nothing was wrong and it was all in my head!!! Through my own research of my symptoms, I thought I had a problem with bladder pain or something called interstial cystitis. I was referred to Dr. Pyatak thru the ICA and on my first visit all my suspicions were comfirmed. I was tested for it and started on a treatment program which I am happy to say has made my pain significantly better. I can now function normally day to day and have relations with my husband without pain! I was so happy to find my doctor, my savior. I have suffered from chronic pelvic pain forever and needed a hysterectomy. I was looking for someone with experience to do my hysterectomy by an advanced laparoscopic procedure to take care of my problem and have the least recovery time. I was referred to Dr. Pyatak who performed the procedure laparoscopically. He was so kind, compassionate, and took excellent care of me and I left the hospital the next day feeling great!
