Dr. Narcisse is absolutely wonderful! I have had female problems since I was 12. I am now 25 and she has went above and beyond to give me excellent care. She also has a super personality and really make you feel that she is more than just your doctor, she is your friend. I would recommend her to any woman who has had female problems - she WILL listen to you and help find out what is going on with your body.
I have been on Depo Provera (the shot) for 8 years. I wanted to go off of it because of weight gain, but had to be careful because I could not have a period. Dr. Narcisse recommended the Essure procedure and an ablation after an office visit showed that the Mirena IUD was not going to work for me. I had the Essure and ablation done in the hospital. Unfortunately, neither procedure went well, and I had the Mirena IUD inserted surgically. At my 3 week checkup, I was having severe cramping and bleeding. Dr. Narcisse examined me and saw that the Essure coil was trying to expel myself from my body. She clipped off what she could of the Essure and took out the Mirena IUD. I am now scheduled in a week to do pre op testing for a hysterectomy.
Dr. Narcisse understands that while I am young, I have already made the decision to not have children due to other health problems. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone - this doctor knows her stuff!!
