I would recommend Dr. Black to any woman. I went to him suffering from periods that were lasting as long as three months at a time. Last Dr. put it off that I was fat. That was it, no relief from my debilitating symptoms, just sent out the door with a diagnosis of being fat. (Like I didn't already know that)! I called Dr. Black's office. Charm and Ava are awesome they saw that I got in as quickly as possible to see him. Once in he agreed that I needed relief. I was then scheduled for a D&C two days later. Pathology revealed Complex Atypical Hyperplasia. He knew that we wanted to pursue the possibility of a new addition to our family. The symptoms continued, but he tried all less invasive methods before we both agreed that a hysterectomy was definitely in the immediate future. He was awesome, he always mentioned the possibility of needing a hyst, but I believe that he knew that in time I would see that was the route we would need to go. He NEVER once pressured me to make that decision. It all came in time once I saw that all the less invasive measures were not providing relief as desired, although we both often hoped that they would. I completely trust him and know that he is dedicated to the well being of his patients. He truely treats the patient as a whole. He understands that there are emotional issues that go along with all the issues that I was facing. He has always taken his time to explain anything that I was unsure of. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. I am so glad that I was fortunate enough to run across him ~ He actually cares. It is so hard to find one that seems to care as much as he does.
