He is an expert in the removal of fibroids. He was able to remove 6.5 cm fibroid (plus three other small fibroids and some endometriosis) through Da Vinci laparoscopic myomectomy. I would highly recommend him for complex fibroid issues. He may be able to save you from a hysterectomy.

He can be very nice at times and at other times a little distant. But, overall I think he was a very caring doctor.

It was easy to get an appointment and the staff was very nice.

The biggest problem I had was with the size of the office. It was hard to contact the nurse when I had questions and would have to call multiple times to get a response.

I had a complete Da Vinci Hysterectomy and oophorectomy on 10/23/2008. My surgery was very complicated (for a variety of reasons) and I don't think any other surgeon could have done as well as Dr. Zurawin.

He does have the typical arrogance/God complex of most truly great surgeons but he is amazingly technically competent which I feel is more important.
