Dr. Rol is patient, thoughtful, and considerate. She is a good listener who is able to evaluate the patient needs and mutually negotiate a plan of care. She is cautious and able to balance treatment options including watching and waiting when appropriate. I have seen her for gyn care and recently had her for my surgeon for an abdominal hysterectomy. She was always available and open to questions. She will refer if she encounters an area where she feels a different provider would offer expertise and is not threatened by this. She does, however, appear to be continuously interested and engaged in expanding her own knowledge base (even though she has practiced for many years) in order to improve care for her patients. I've always felt comfortable and cared for in her presence.
