My job takes me out of town a lot. As a new parent and no family close by, I get nervous leaving my wife and child for long periods. We transferred to Dr. Fidele after a bad experience elsewhere. We couldn't have made a better decision. Dr. Fidele is like a family member to us. Let alone her medical expertise and very caring demeanor, she is always there when we need her. Calm and assuring.

My child has a chronic medical condition and Dr. Fidele has been God send. She has taken the time to show us how, what and why. Our son has not frequented the ER or been to the hospital since under Dr's care. We are always able to get an appointment on the same day, if we need to reach her after hours, we call her on her cell phone. We don't abuse that but just knowing we can reach her directly is comforting.

God Bless ALL Doctors like Dr. Fidele, they are rare!

BTW: Her office is also top notch. Professional, personable, caring and CLEAN.

My family loves loves loves Dr. Fidele. Absolutely the best Dr. you can ever hope to meet. Very approachable and knowledgeable medical Doc. Great with my kids. Shoot, she's great period! The office is clean and they respect your time. And everyone in the office is downright friendly and professional. No waiting. That's right, no waiting for absurd amounts of time just to get a glimpse of the doctor. This Dr. gives you time. But be forewarned if you no show for an appointment, you get charged. That's fair. If you can get in to this office, if you can get this Doctor, you'll KNOW the difference. All around tops!

She's one kool doctor because she tells me why something is not good for me. I am a teenager almost grown up but no one explains things to me that might be important to me. Dr Fidele will. She's been my doc since birth and it's special to have someone I can get straight answers from. And she knows me and still cares alot about me. Sometimes I wonder how she can know so much and have so much other people to take care of and still have time to talk to me about stuff I'm taking. But she does and I am grateful because I know more about effects of drugs and what it does to you and it's not so kool anymore. One day I am going to medical school and I need to keep my brain cells. I'm going to be the kind of doc my doctor is to me. I hope everyone has a doc like mine. I just had to put this out there bc Dr Fidele deserves an award.

Dr. Fidele gives excellent care to my family and the office is worth the drive from the other side of the island. We're always made to feel important and she gives us her time graciously. We find her extremely competent, caring and thorough. One thing about Dr.Fidele is if there is an emergency after hours, we can call her on her cell phone. That's something! Very responsive, always returns calls promptly and we agree with the other post--- we hope she never leaves Hawaii!

One more thing: Dr.Fidele does not participate with our medical insurance but we've found that a good caring Dr. is one in a million. Given the choice, we'll stick with Dr.Fidele till she retires.

I recommend Dr. Fidele because she is a very caring medical doctor, excellent care with excellent bedside manners. This doctor knows her stuff and then some! We l-o-v-e Dr. Fidele!!! Please don't ever leave Hawaii.

Dr. Fidele is my favorite doctor. She cares and really listens. Thank you!
