Dr Gianoli is a true expert in his field. The care and treatment I have received from him has been excellent. His diagnosis was accurate and the treatments/surgery I received were very effective and have maintained for several years. Every member of his staff is friendly and always professional.

I love the attention and care I receive at The Ear and Balance Institute. Dr. Gianoli is an expert in his field and has answered questions and given me a diagnosis when other doctors have failed me. I cannot thank him or his staff enough for the expert and compassionate care that they have given me. Dr. Gianoli is the best!

Very satisfied with the staff and doctor. Time given to me before tests to explain the procedure, after tests was professional and thorough. The doctor gave sufficient time to me which is always appreciated. The staff and doctor have great personalities and their love of their work comes out. Very genuine.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gianoli for many years, and my experience has been wonderful. I had SSCD, and Dr. G performed my surgery to repair the dehiscence and perilymph fistula. He is a phenomenal surgeon and has genuine concern for his patients. I would recommend him to anyone who suffers from a vestibular disorder.

It was a great experience from start to finish. I am very happy that I waited until I found the right Doctor. Dr.G is very detailed and throw. Best of all I still have all my balance. It took 4 doctors but I finally found the right one! It was worth the wait and I am very happy with the results. Dr.G is a very nice and humble Doctor. He answered every question I had and there were many. But he gave me very good answers and everything happened just like he said. Everything was great with this Doctor. Very honest and up front about everything and down to earth. If you want the best you have come to the right place. 'Thanks Dr.G!'

Dr. Gianoli is an amazng doctor with a top notch facility and equpiment. His staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home. Dr. G spent his time explaining things very clearly. He listened to me and heard me. I did not feel rushed at all. It was obvious to me that he wanted to help me fix and solve my problem. I appreciate a doctor who is invested in the well being of his patient and not just a paycheck. Dr. G has invested in me and my well being and I am extremely grateful! So thankful!

I think so much of dr. G and his staff. I could go on and on about him. The first time I met with him he worked with me from 12:30-6:30pm. Bet he does not remember that, but I do, and it was the week between Christmas and new years.

I am pretty sure I would be dead right now if it were not for Dr. Gianoli. My life is now completely different because I am so much better. I was misdiagnosed for a very long time and have been through a lot of awful things because of the misdiagnosis. I will forever be grateful to Dr. G and his wonderful caring staff who basically became like family to me when my own abandoned me during m treatment. Everyone in this office treated me with so much dignity and made me feel like I was a sane and normal person. I have always been treated in a way that made me feel like I was able to care for myself and make my own decisions. Even when I could not walk I was very politely asked if I needed help and what help I would like. And now that I am better they are happy with me. I am free to go and live a normal life and if I need to come back for any reason there will be no drama, just the same dependable care I have always gotten. Thank you Dr. Gianoli for everything!!

If there was a score more than a 10, I would pick it! There is no other doctor or superb staff like Dr. Gianoli. My review may sound too good to be true, but Dr. Gianoli really is the best! Do not waste your time or money anywhere else...come here first!! --Linda Robson

Dr. Gianoli's medical practice is very patient centered. He was able to see me fairly quickly. He helped with insurance approvals to make the trip to see him from Florida. Everyone was very caring, compassionate, friendly and professional. I did not spend a lot of time waiting around. My appointment was kept on time and ran smoothly. I felt that my needs were the doctor and staff's priority. Dr. Gianoli met with me early in the first day, then I began the day long testing in his office with state of the art machines that looked like NASA. They do not have any of this equipment or expertise where I live in Florida. Next day had a detailed CTscan and more tests, then my husband and I met with Dr. Gianoli for an hour as he explained his diagnosis and treatment plan. (My doctor at home only spends about 7 minutes with me.) Dr. Gianoli even showed me my CTscan on the computer as well as diagrams. I was impressed with Dr. Gianoli's high level of interest in my case and could see that he loves what he does. Dr. Gianoli makes himself available to his patients - even responded to me post surgery with my questions during recovery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gianoli.
