Dr Lisa Kaepernick is simply the best GYN I have ever seen. She did my Total Vaginal Hysterectomy with anterior and posterior repairs. She is not only wonderfully personable, but very compassionate and follows you with all the concern of an old time country doctor. I was so impressed that she personally, returned my calls prior to my surgery (and after) instead of her nurses. She has a bright and cheery, but very professional personality. I can honestly say I will be referring people to her because of all of my wonderful experiences with her during the last 2 months. I also feel so good about her, that should she move within the state (up to 8 hours away) I would definitely travel to see her, and I don't say that about much of anything.

Dr. Kaepernick is very compassionate and gives the time you need to obtain a diagnosis and informed treatment options. She even called me the night before my surgery to see how I was doing and we talked for about 20 minutes, Dr. Kaepernick allowing me to process my feelings about the incredibly intense emotions I was feeling about the needed prep and the surgery itself. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a good doctor with an ear to listen to you.
