Dr. Pearl performed my TAH at Stony Brook Hospital when I was diagnosed with uterine/endometrial cancer in October 2010. He and his talented staff are extremely warm, caring, supportive, and professional. His office staff are prompt, professional, courteous and upbeat. Dr. Pearl takes the time to answer all questions in a way that you can understand, making him uniquely well-suited to this profession. He was recommended to me by other physicians in our community (my husband is a local physcian) and I consider it my pleasure and privilege to recommend him here to the rest of this community.

Almost no wait time. Doctor was knowledgeable, professsional, thorough in explaining condition/treatment options in understandable terminology, & gave recommendations, and let me have a say in my treatment . I checked his credentials before I saw him, he is board certified and a professor at the teaching hospital he is offiliated with. He didnt sell me false hope and he didnt tell me to start digging my grave, which I admired. He made me laugh to boot! Highly recommend!
