Dr. Anderson is caring and competent and I would recommend him without reservation to anyone with on/gym needs, including hysterectomy.

Before deciding on hysterectomy, I saw Dr. Anderson for family planning and gynecological health. I've always felt as though my comfort and understand was of great importance to him, his staff and the fellows working with him. Presumably, I had a understood quite a bit about some of my health concerns; some other concerns I understood very little. However, Dr. Anderson was nimble and able to assist the conversation to my level of understanding and comfort. I have never felt as though he "talked down" to me or was unable to frame any conversation about my health in layman's terms. He encouraged me to research and cine to him with any questions I may have so that I could make the most informed decision about my health. From the decision about which birth control to use, how to resolve an ovarian cyst and how to resolve AUB, I felt that he ent his expertise but i always was respected as his patient and an intelligent adult. This respect and professionalism is mirror by his nurses and fellows and I am very appreciative of the care I have received.

I needed to have a hysterectomy due to very heavy, very frequent, and very painful menstrual cycles that were actually made worse by progestin pills and by depo provera shots. I have a cerebral AVM and other health conditions that caused several Ob/GYN doctors to not feel comfortable about performing a hysterectomy on me. I knew at a young age that it would not be wise for me to have children and I was/am okay with that since I would not wish what I have dealth with since birth on anyone. Dr. Anderson was very understanding about my medical conditions and my wishes for a hysterectomy to improve my quality of life. I am truly greatful for everything that Dr. Anderson and his surgery and his supporting staff has done for me. Dr. Anderson and his staff took excellent care of me before, during, and after my surgery. I was blessed to have been treated with such compassionate persons. I recommend Dr. Anderson for anyone that is in need of a very knowable Ob/GYN doctor.
