I felt Dr. Stratford and his staff were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel at ease and I felt they had my best interest in mind. I did not feel rushed in any way, but felt that they addressed my concerns and answered my questions. I would definitely recommend them to others who would need their services. I would have liked to have left the office with an actual diagnosis of my situation. I tend to think of other questions after an appointment and wished I had something specific just to me. Everyone is extremely friendly. The front office are some of the most helpful women I have ever found in any office. They have been patient with me in getting appointments from as long as a year ago. They have worked with me in getting my insurance and what they will pay, which is why it has taken me so long to get in to see the Dr. I feel very confident in Dr Stratford and his advice on my situation. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. to anyone I know

This office came highly recommended by 3 people in the medical industry. One a personal friend I was not disappointed. The staff is so friendly staff. Everything is very organized. The knowledge of Dr. Stratford and his Sr. resident are so comforting. I was given options for my procedure with full explanation and they actually listened to my wants and needs.

Dr.Stratford was great at explaining what needed to be done. The level of personal attention to details regarding the disorder that you are experiencing is outstanding.
I really can't see that there are any improvements needed. Patient courtesy and compassion with the bladder problem I have is very important to me. Your staff gets 5 stars for that (5 is excellent). Check-in process and staying on schedule is crucial to my commute time.

I have worked with Dr. Stratford and many of his patients. He spends a lot of time with his patients to ensure all of their questions are answered. He gives them several options to treat their condition and involves the patient in developing a plan of care. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Stratford to a friend or family member.
