I had a LSH for a very large fibroid, over 9.5cm in addition to 7 and 5cm fibroid. I was told I was too big to have Laparoscopic surgery and went to him for 2nd opinion. He never hesitated.
My surgery was done laparoscopically with a 2" abdominal incision to remove uterus. By day 4 I had stopped pain meds and by day 6 was able to move and walk around with minimal pain.
I recommend this doctor for his expertise in minimally invasive surgery.
At the hospital many of the nurses and nurse assistants had only good things to say about him which is always a good sign. I completely trusted him even though I had only met him once prior to surgery.
Bedside manner.. eh...but that is completely subjective. He answered every question or concern I had. I would not hesitate to use him again.
