Dr. Darcey Leighton treated me for (very large) fibroid/uterus removal. She preformed a Laparoscopic Supracervical Hysterectomy (LSH) on me. From my initial first visit, right through pre-op, surgery and after surgery care, she has been very informative, kind, honest, fun, confident, professional and just plain nice! She has a great "bed side manner". I always felt like we were a team in my care. I had MANY questions and she didn't make me feel that any of my questions were silly of unimportant. She answered each question in great detail. She never rushed through our appointments. I have all the confidence in the world in her surgical abilities. And, that comes from someone who had never had surgery before and who was very nervous and scared about the whole process. I truly trust and highly recommend her!
