Dr. Lopez is an OB/GYN and one of 5 women doctors in an all-female OB/GYN practice in Grapevine, Texas. I came to Dr. Lopez for a 2nd opinion after being diagnosed with fibroid tumors and I questioned my original doctor's treatment option.
The entire office staff is friendly, compassionate and just plain wonderful. My first visit with Dr. Lopez, I was extremely nervous. As soon as she walked in the door, I knew I'd made the right decision coming to the office. Dr. Lopez spent nearly 45 minutes with me going over my medical history and finding out my concerns. I felt at total ease in talking with her! She gave me her recommendations and we started the ball rolling to fixing my problem (which would involve surgery).
From my initial consultation, to pre-op visit, to surgery, Dr. Lopez showed her concern for my situation. I was able to call her staff and ask the dumbest of questions prior to surgery without feeling like an idiot. Basically, I was made to feel as if I was her only patient (and from the crowded waiting room I can tell you I'm not!). Her surgical skills and bedside manner - excellent. Throughout this entire ordeal, she and her staff have gone out of their way to make sure I, as the patient, was taken care of. She gave me all the information I needed prior to surgery to make sure I was comfortable with the procedure and gave me treatment options.
Her nurse, Miranda, also wonderful. I had several questions prior to surgery that she was able to take care of, including my forms for work. All in all - everyone in the office has shown compassion for the situation, and smiles every time.
I don't just make recommendations. After a couple of bad doctor experiences, I have found my new OB/GYN and would highly recommend her or any of the other doctors at Women's Integrated Health in Grapevine, TX
