Where do I start? Dr. Tu is the best doctor by far I have ever seen, he also truly is a good man. He takes every case personal, as if we were apart of his family, and he will go to great lengths to help us.
I have endo/IC- he walked a long road with me... I would not have it any other way. It is hard to trust a doctor, after you have been let down so many times in the past, but he gained my full trust in the first 2-3 visits. He preformed surgery on me twice. He was also the doctor who preformed my full hyst this past Oct/2010.
He walked me through every step, and wanted to make sure I was OK with the decision we had made, even calling me a few times after to see how I was doing, as far as healing, and mentally (I am only 27 and had a hyst)
He often thinks outside of the box when it comes to medical treatment, not just handing out pills left and right, and sending patients on their way. He will spend an hour or more with you if needed.
I've cried to him, and laughed with him. He is just one amazing doctor, who I will always hold close to my heart for giving me my life back- from these horrible diseases. He is also very good about keep in contact with other doctors you may see for other medical problems you may have.
I have referred him to others who have endo/IC and they just love him. All of them wish they would have met him years ago.
There are not enough words to explain how well of a doctor he is, or even what a kind person he is.
His staff is also wonderful, including his nurse Marie, she is always there to make you smile, and make you feel welcome.
The front desk staff will always help you as much as they can as well.
He will also go the extra mile to help anyone. All of his patients love him, and feel the same way I do...as I have talked to some of them in the waiting room.
