Dr. Pasley was highly recommended to me by the Hospital Liaison Committee available to Jehovah's Witnesses. I was in a position of needing a TAH without the use of blood or the four main components thereof because of my deeply rooted bible based faith. (Leviticus 17:10-12; Acts 15:29) Although he doesn't share my beliefs, he respects my faith. While several other major hospitals in my area said it would be impossible to remove a 20 week sized uterus and 10+ large fibroids WITHOUT a blood transfusion, Dr. Pasley accomplished it with just three days notice without hesitation. In his own words "I lost less blood during surgery than he did shaving the morning of." He is personable and compassionate. The medical staff at the hospital deemed him highly efficient and desirous of only the best care of his patients. One nurse stated she'd never seen ANY issues with his patients during their hospital stay. WOW, is what I can say, he is one of a kind, careing, pationate, I was so scared and in pain and he took so much time with me, I was at home after my surgery and he called me just out of the blue to check on me, also when I was in the hospital he went to bat for me when the hospital wanted to just kick me out even though I was sick after surgery they were ready to kick me to the curb (Carilion Hospital) but he stepped in and said my patient needs a room, and I got one, the nurses never even darken the door and I had to roll out of the bed by myself to get to the rest room and still charged 20,000.00 plus, but my Dortor Pasley was always there, so as far as for me, he is the best Doctor in Roanoke Valley, (Virginia).Carilion Hospital needs him to show them how a hospital needs to be ran.Now I am feeling better.
