Recently had a Davinci Total Hysterectom with bilat salping. Everything was taken out including ovaries. He took extra time to explain things thoroughly at all my visits from the first consultation to the Post-op. What to expect before and after surgery, went over pathology report thoroughly. On my first consultation, he spent over an hour answering my questions and didn't try to rush me. He was available by e-mail for other questions that came up. The surgery itself was a snap, with no complications or abnormal bleeding. Very happy with this Surgeon.

Dr. Wurzel performed a Da Vinci robotic assisted hysterectomy on me recently. It has been a great experience working with a dedicated doctor and his staff at Women's Specialists of New Mexico who are always willing to answer my questions. The surgery went flawlessly, I have tiny incisions that are healing beautifully and I'm encouraged I will have a much better future. I was given all of my treatment options and lots of support when I made the decision to have a hysterectomy. Dr. Wurzel is kind and patient. He presents himself confidently without patronizing his patients. I highly recommend him!!!
