She walks with you thru every step, never hurry you out the door and makes you feel like she really care because she does. There is nothing you can't tell her even if your disappointed with her. She listen and always explains and seek answers to your problem even when the outlook is glum. I have metastatic cancer and I am glad she is the hub of my health care for if it were not for her I would not be alive today. SHe is the best!
