I went to Dr. Beck on a referral from my PCP, Dr Emch, due to abnormal pap results. Great news, no cancer! Better news...I finally found a GYN who actually listens to me and takes my symptoms seriously.
I have suffered with horrible, painful periods for many years. In my 20's I was always told that "it's just part of being a woman and that I'd be ok, just take some OTC pain relievers." In my 30's I had no health insurance so I just went to planned parenthood who would give me an RX for the pill even though I had my tubes tied at 25. It helped but hardly a cure. At 35, being a smoker, this was no longer an option.
I have suffered though the last 6 years in excruciating pain. Finally, now having insurance, I found Dr. Beck...she is a really caring doctor who is taking my condition seriously...I now have a surgery date and relief is on the horizon! I would highly recommend this professional!
