I just got home from the hospital today after having a da vinci hysterectomy. I wanted to take a minute and recommend Dr Terrell.... From the first day I met him he has been the best doctor I have ever had. He is incredibly patient, and sat and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed and never made me feel like any of my questions were silly. He took all my concerns into account and acted immediately to help relieve my symptoms instead of taking a wait and see approach like so many doctors have in the past. He's kind, compassionate, friendly, and has a great bedside manner. He is great about explaining everything in as much detail as you need, whether it's drawing a picture or pulling out a chart as well as explaining in detail, what he is doing during exams, and biopsies, and what it will feel like, etc... He also called me personally after getting the answer to a question I had about some labs. He was also one of the first people to send me flowers once I was taken to my room. I don't think I have ever had a doctor that I have been so happy with. I would recommend him to anyone!!
His practice is in Battle Creek, Michigan and is called Innovative Women's Health. His office is located in the outpatient building of the hospital, which I also found to be very convenient.
