Although I chose Georgia as the state, he really is and works at Puerto Rico. Dr. Luis A. Flores Torres is an ob/gyn, pelvic surgeon and oncologist. An overall incredible doctor, very informative and caring. He is one of the only doctors in the island which performs robotic surgery.
