This doctor has treated all the members of my family. I first discovered him as he was treating my mom's infected foot at the Wound Care Center at Baylor Carrollton hospital. First of all, I'd like to point out how much time he spent each visit with her, well over 30 minutes. The previous docs had only spent 10 seconds. He really cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable about medicine. He is friendly and doesn't mine explaing things carefully and answering patients questions. As a result of my experience with him and my mom at the wound care center, he became her regular doc and me and my daughters doctor. My mom had many critical illnesses before she died and Dr. Rai did a great job caring for he. He honestly cared a great deal about her.
