He was very patient with me and took the time to fully explain my test results from my previous Dr. He listened to everything I had to say, asked about my complete health history and gave me clear guidance so that I could make a fully informed decision. His staff was kind and attentive to my needs post-op, but prior to my follow-up appointment.
