Dr Nieves is a wonderful doctor! He has a great gentle, warm personality, he is an excellent listener and a really skilled surgeon. I Dr. Nieves performed a Uterine Ultrasound, LAVH, and removal of granular tissue on me in Nov of 2012. After the Ultrasound he left the decision up to me as to whether I wanted to pursue a chemical ablation or a hysterectomy. As I had previously had a laprascopy and was now 41 I decided to go ahead with the LAVH and he was supportive and open to either decision for me. When I ended up with a UTI after surgery he was prompt in fitting me in and I spoke with his nurse several times over the phone. Dr Nieves was very accessible, always kind and accommodating to me and my partner. He has one of the best bedside manners of any doctor I have ever met and he has a good sense of humor!
