This is my second time doing the invitro procedure with Dr.Haddad. I have had a great experience with the doctor and his staff.

Dr Haddad has provided exceptional care.

we met with dr. haddad at our first appointment but then never heard from him after that. our interaction was always with the nurses. so i guess it would be nice to hear from him again after the initial visit.

Love this location and HFI!

Overall I could not have hoped for a better experience. I am sure Dr Haddad hears many of the same questions repeatedly but he always had patience and time to further explain when I asked questions. I would imagine it is a difficult task to inform a woman or a man of their inability to conceive a child through natural means and I certainly struggled with this. However, I found that when Dr Haddad provided me with helpful statistics, I was able to better accept my situation. His sense of humor and smile also help. :).

I had a great experience with Dr. Haddad. He took time to explain to me the technical side of what is happening and what options are available. He was patient with me as I asked questions and as I took my time to arrive at the decision for the course of treatment. Very professional and will always make time to see his patients and answer questions and provide help. I felt comfortable and confident that he advised and acted on my interest. All the staff were amazing, at Medical Center location and Cypress. The best staff I have met.
