Had a great experience here with Dr. Hatasaka.

Dr Hatasaka always took his time explaining what to expect, procedures and answered our questions to our satisfaction. His staff was always helpful. I was able to call and speak with one of his nurses and they were able to answer my questions.

I love Dr Hatasaka, he is very nice and care a lot about me, he always look for the best way to help. He is very positive and transmitted a good feeling, I always left Dr Hatasaka office with hope.

I was so impressed and happy with Dr. Hatasaka. He greeted me and my husband very graciously and was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. He was very thorough in his approach to our medical history and I felt very comfortable asking him questions as I very much trusted his answers. We are on the road to what I hope is having a child and Dr. Hatasaka was very supportive and candid about how we need to proceed through this. Most people would be very frightened about starting all of these tests, but, for me, it was the opposite. I left your office feeling wonderful knowing that your Doctors and nurses have our feelings and health at the first and foremost in their work.

Amazing Facility

Dr. was very friendly and thorough...nurses were good.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable and easy to work with. Starting this journey was difficult and stressful but I feel blessed to have worked with RCC and am grateful for all they have done for us. I have a much more open minded view of fertility assistance now and I am encouraged to pursue training so that perhaps one day I can be on the other side helping someone else.

Dr. Hatasaka is absolutely wonderful. He is cautiously optimistic and always gives information in the best manner possible. He cares about his patients and it is evident in his demeanor and bedside manner.

Dr. Hatasaka was very thorough and listened to all our questions and concerns. He made it easy to understand the next steps we needed to take to move forward with working towards conceiving a baby. He outlined all the possible options we could look into and gave us a lot to think about.

We met Dr. Hatasaka at the seminar that the clinic provided last month. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all the questions that we had and spent like 2 hours with the 5 people at the seminar. We were impressed that an actual doctor was willing to do that. We learned a lot. Because of that seminar we decided to contact the clinic for an initial consultation with Dr. Hatasaka. The initial consultation had the same comfortable feeling as the seminar. Dr. Hatasaka is very kind and patient. He answered all our questions in a matter of fact and understandable way. He also offered several helpful resources (a nutrition book and a counselor) and demonstrated that he clearly understands some of the concerns we might have before we even voiced them. I like that because in a new situation, you do not know what you do not know and therefore you do not know what questions to ask so it's when someone can anticipate your concerns. His clinical coordinator, Rachel, was also very kind and explained everything to us so that we feel comfortable with the process and know what to do next. Overall it was a GREAT experience and we are excited to move forward!!! Thank you! :D.
