Dr. Jennifer Miller-Davis has been my OBGYN for over four years. She has absolutely the best bedside manner I have ever encountered with all of my physicians and that says a lot! She is compassionate, cheerful, caring, diligent, empathetic, innovative, patient, kind, responsive, trustworthy, thorough, and she a very skilled surgeon and physician.
She has worked with me since I was pregnant with my second child. She delivered my daughter by c-section in 2010. Since then, she has been working with me to control abnormal uterine bleeding, severe pain with my periods, and hormonal imbalances. She incorporated my entire care plan and used her experience as a licensed internist M.D. that included my mental illnesses, immune system issues, and other chronic conditions.
She used to practice in Oregon City with this huge company (that is rather impersonal to their patients), but since after I delivered my daughter, she has moved to her own private, newly innovative, clean, and up-to-date office in West-Linn. That move has allowed her to develop the care plan for each of her patients that is none like any I have had before. She schedules her patients so that she can spend plenty of time in the room with them. You will never feel rushed when seeing her, and when she is late coming into my room when I see her, I know it is because a patient before me may have had a lot of questions and she had to stay late to make sure they received the same kind of care I received. She has evening hours that works well with my husband's work schedule so he can come with me to the appointments. She is always kind to my children when I need to bring them there. She is booked a handful of weeks in advance for new patients, but she is worth the wait. Once you see her, you will not go to another OBGYN again if you can help it!
No doctor is flawless, but she comes really close. If you are a patient who looks for long-term narcotics to solve your pain issues, then she is not the one for you. I personally appreciated the fact that she is very cautious in prescribing narcotics to her patients, including myself. Narcotics are addicting and she offers many other ways to help resolve pain issues, including referrals to other clinics that specialize in chronic pain treatment.
She has a solid, cohesive team that has worked diligently with my insurance company many times to make sure I get approvals for procedures that I was required. They are also quick to call in prescriptions to my pharmacy when I needed refills and new medicines. People in her office I know first hand and are equally important and are well appreciated are Beth, Amanda, and Megan. I know there are others who are just as kind, but these ladies I know first hand! This team has worked very hard and very quickly to make sure I get the personalized special care that I needed.
