I’m suggesting Dr. Khamvongsa because he is relentless and extremely thorough. He ordered blood work in 2012 and advised me that my calcium level was a little high. Dr. Khamvongsa forwards the result to my primary Dr. whom also ran test however never mentioned anything to me regarding my calcium levels. Now that my primary Dr. had the information, he has been able to monitor the calcium levels over the years uncovering that one of my parathyroid had to be removed.
During another visit Dr. Khamvongsa once again ordered blood work and told me that I’m anemic and to double check with my primary doctor, after running several other test I was diagnose with stage three colon cancer. Well and alive today by the grace of God and the thorough work of Dr. Khamvongsa.
Compared to other doctors Dr. Khamvongsa is distinguished because he is very thorough in finding out why test are abnormal. And through it all Dr. Khamvongsa is very kind, encouraging, positive, takes time to explain issues and options.
