I am so grateful that I was paired with Dr. Tanita by my insurance company. Most of the time, I don't find I have much chemistry with my doctors and end up only going to see them when I absolutely have to.
This year, my health took a dive...heavy bleeding that would not end led to iron levels so low that I developed shortness of breath, chest pains, night sweats and fatigue. I told my PCP I thought I was dying because it was that bad. I saw Dr.Tanita five times this year, and he patiently worked with me to find non-invasive solutions to my problem while I continously begged for a hysterectomy. Although this year was difficult, I am so grateful that he walked this road with me, helping me figure out what was wrong, what wasn't wrong, what would help, and what wouldn't help. He invested his time in listening to me and helping me find the cause and planning a solution with me. With the changes in Healthcare today, and the amount of patients one doctor sees, Dr. Tanita continues to be genuinely compassionate. Top doctor.
