Dr. Pikaart is a gynecological oncologist and one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is very calm and sort of quiet but takes the time to explain everything to you instead of rushing you out of his office. I met Dr. Pikaart in January of 2016 after having been referred to him by my PCM because I had an ultrasound that showed a vascular mass in my uterus and possible cervix. He talked with me about what he was going to do and initially had me scheduled for a D&C after he had trouble obtaining a biopsy but when what he got in the biopsy came back as cancer he switched from a D&C to a hysterectomy. He was so sweet and understanding of my fears especially on survery day. I cannot say enough good things about him. If you live in Colorado and need a GYN oncologist I highly recommend Dr. Pikaart.
