I highly suggest this doctor, because she believed in me, understood my situation and my life of pain, over 26 years in pain, every single month in extreme Endometriosis pain and discomfort.
How did I find her? My family doctor recommended someone else at first. I looked up that doctor and didn't feel like he was a match for my situation, so I looked online for a local surrounding clinic. I called Stoughton, WI, SSM Health/Dean Medical Groups clinic and was given: Dr. Rebecca R. Faber's name. I scheduled an appointment to see her and once I did; Unraveled my life story of pain, depression/hormones, bad medical advice, some good, some ok, developing Preeclampsia with my son in 2005 and being on bedrest for the last few months of my pregnancy at that time and many other medical related issues with her.
Fortunately; she was so understanding, kind, gentle, comfortable, experienced, and made me feel like I wasn't losing my mind, that this is a REAL medical concern and I needed a solution.
My solution? I had; Hysterectomy Total Laparoscopic, Laparoscopic Salpingo Oophorectomy Bilateral (Bilateral Abdomen).
I call it a Total Hysterectomy with removal of my ovaries.
I am now in my 3 week post-op and still healing, but am looking forward to a future WITHOUT pain.
I do not have enough words to express how Dr. Rebecca Faber has helped me and made my life so much better already. I love her for this and will be FOREVER GRATEFUL to her!
PS..
She is constantly learning, I believe, will offer seminars to engage women to schedule appointments with her, in hopes of Educating women with their medical needs.
My opinion is; women give up when they don't find the right medical attention that they need! Give Dr. Faber a try and you won't be sorry with the results!
