I would recommend Dr. Melville for any OBGYN surgical procedures. She is honest, confident, caring, and very experienced.

I had to make a very difficult (the most difficult of my life so far) decision for my health and well-being. My OB recommended talking with Dr. Melville, who was the most experienced surgeon in their practice, especially with the use of the DaVinci robot.

I was very pleased with how patient and confident Dr. Melville was with all of the procedure options, she was honest and forthright, and didn’t try to convince me to do anything that I wasn’t comfortable with. She met with me several times to answer all of my questions, and did a great job at helping me feel confident about my decision.

Pre-surgery, Dr. Melville was upbeat and warm, she preempted some common confusions that some of her previous patients have experienced to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible.

Post-surgery, Dr. Melville checked in, made sure I had proper pain management medications, and even gave me images of the “before and after” of the procedure, sitting me down and showing me exactly what she did. She did a great job at helping me feel good about my decision, and her warm and positive presence helped my recovery go smoothly as well.

I had some questions about the incisions and her staff was very quick to respond to my concerns. I couldn’t control the reasons for having surgery, but Dr. Melville made this whole experience as pleasant and easy as possible.
