Dr. O'Day is very cheerful, patient and understanding and listens to me when I visit her, she takes the time to make sure any concerns I may have are heard, and she stays on top of the current research and trends in her field. I am currently seeing her for post-thyroidectomy maintenance after papillary carcinoma of the thyroid.
