I found Dr. Bishop in the late 1980's when I needed a D&C. He was very kind and compassionate then and when I started having pain from fibroid tumors in November 2006 I called him after my family Dr. diagnosed me thru ultrasound. I called his office and he saw me an hour later. I showed him my ultrasound report and he sat me down and explained everything that would need to be done. In December I had a TAH/BSO. He ran into complications with my surgery , but I did great. He removed MULTIPLE fibroids, and I mean I was full of them. I never had any pain whatsoever from the incision site. He handled my post-op pain with medication strong enough to ease the pain. He's been practicing for many, many years and I truly feel I wouldn't have done as well with a less experienced Dr.
