She's young, confident, and attentive. She took my history on her laptop, listened to what I had to say, and treated me--and my menopausal symptoms--with respect from the beginning. Her exams are quick and painless (and that's saying a lot!) but thorough. We discussed every aspect of the pros and cons of hysterectomy and when my symptoms required immediate action, she didn't hesitate. My surgical experience was flawless. I liked that she performed the surgery (no referral) and was happy that she explained everything in detail. (My bikini line scar is razor-thin and barely noticeable!) I recovered quickly and felt cared for with calls from her office to check on my progress. When I went back for my check-ups, she was encouraging and extremely gentle. Her office is very busy but she responds quickly when needed. She is well-liked and respected in the hospital community, too. During other procedures (EKG, colonoscopy, etc.) at different times and in other facilities, when asked who my doctor was, other physicians, attendants, and nurses commented on her abilities as a surgeon, how much they liked working with her, and how lucky I was to be in her hands. I agree.
