For being complicated medically, I experience a lot of "You're a Difficult Case" syndrome...so to think that there's really a doctor out there that understands my complexities, doesn't try to pigeonhole me with every one else is refreshing. Once Dr. Butrick explained everything to me, it was as if a light bulb went off...things just started making sense to me. He completely change my tune. No wonder I previously wasn't getting better. The other doctors just wanted to push medications at me. They didn't want to take the time to get to the root of the problem. Now, with physical therapy, behavior modifications and yes, medications together I'm a new women. Gracias

I read the other comments and want to echo their positive opinions. I myself was very hesitant, but once I walked into his practice I felt like the whole staff cared about me and how to get me better. I've suffered for many years with pelvic organ prolapse. My primary care physician kept telling me that it was "no problem." When I went to see Dr. Butrick, he explained to me that yes it is problem. He carefully went over my options, such as using a pessary or having surgery and how to reverse the drying out portion of my bladder. That was the major problem. I chose to have surgery. Everything went as expected and now I'm healed. I really am grateful for Dr. Chip Butrick and his entire staff. Now I'm enjoying life like I should have done. Sylvia

After suffering with interstitial cystitis for years and going to several other physicians locally a friend recommended Dr. Butrick. Being skeptical about another disappointing doctor I finally went to see Dr. Butrick and believe me I really wish I would have gone to him first. His multiple therapies were a godsend. I followed his instructions to the letter and now I have my IC under control. I'm grateful for the education in how to adapt my lifestyle to be in control and what to do to be able to enjoy the foods I love. His staff is exceptional and caring, helping me every step of the way.

Dr. Butrick treated me for bladder and uterine prolapse.
Dr.Butrick is thorough, precise, and to the point. He explains everything in words you will understand, and loves to draw pictures to help explain. I felt he gave me options and let me know the long term of each option, which allowed me to decide how long to put off surgery and if it was truly necessary. Being precise and no-non-sense is what I like in a physician, especially a surgeon. His confidence is what made me feel that I was in the best hand possible.
His staff is courteous and very helpful. They each treated me as an individual patient and handled everything with discretion and true concern.
Whenever I mentioned his name among other women, they only had good things to say from his past patients.
I have been in his care for over a year and finally had surgery this past week. My recovery is going as planned.
