When I was in labor with my first child my doctor was out of town. Dr. Kirkman stepped in and did everything perfectly. My labor was a difficult one, 32 hours long, and he was very reassuring that everything was fine with both the baby and myself. When my original doctor retired the following year, I switched to Dr. Kirkman and have been very pleased. No patient could be disappointed with his knowledge, wisdom, bedside manner, experience, and trustworthiness. When I moved from Logan, Utah to Cleveland, Ohio he told me that if I ever had any problems or questions, that I could still call him.

Dr. Kirkman was my OBGYN while i was pregnant with my first baby. I completely recommend him to anyone! His bedside manner is great in that he is cheerful, friendly, trustworthy and everything else you would expect in a doctor. He was upfront and honest with my husband and I in answering all of our questions. As this was my first child, he made me feel comfortable and I completely trusted him with delivering my first baby. It was easy to tell right from the start that he really cares about his patients.

I have been to many doctors over the last 20 years for female problems. Many said it was in my head. Infuriating! After finally choosing a hysterectomy 3 years ago, my pathology report showed it actually was in my uterus and ovaries! Many fibroids and cysts, too many to count, and none detected by any means. Dr. Kirkman worked with me. He was never patronizing or makes me feel inferior. Unfortunately, Dr. Kirkman moved to Utah, however, Dr. Salzetti, his long time friend and colleague has been great at helping me find the right solutions for my continued good health. These doctors explain everything clearly and respectfully. I highly recommend both.
