Dr. Jacobs has a great bedside manner; cheerful, caring, and eager to listen. He often personally returns phone calls regarding problems you may be having or when giving test results. He impresses me with his knowledge of the latest surgical techniques, such as robotic surgery, and other treatments, but recommends the use of those resources wisely. He has treated me for a variety of common gynecological problems over the past 16 years, and most recently for prolapse that ended with a successful robotic TLH and TVT.
