I first met Dr. Mason when I was 18 yrs old. He was my moms Gyn. @ UMC. I believe he was a resident there. My mom always ranted about how great of a Doctor he was. I witnessed that for myself on the day of her hysterectomy surgery. He not only did a wonderfull job with her but he was very compassionate to me as I sat in an empty waiting rm. I had my 1st child under the care of another local doctor,which was a big mistake. When I found out Dr. Mason had opened a practice of his own I was so excited. I have had 2 more children since then under his care. The funny thing is I'm now 25 yrs old and he still askes how my mom is doing. He still remembers her. His patients mean alot to him. Dr. Mason always answers all my husband and my questions completely everytime and he's never annoyed if we don't understand or ask dumb questions. What can I say "He delivers!" Ha,Ha. I have no suggestions to better his practice because he's the best!

Dr. Mason is a wonderful doctor, he'll anwser all your questions and make you feel comfortable. Which was very important for a first time mother.

I was scared about meeting a new doctor but it had to be done so I was referred to Dr. Stewart Mason and My first thought when I entered his office was wow this is kind of small and it was 11am and I noticed that there was not to many patients in his office. I was called into a room promptly at 11:15 and I noticed he had such a wonderful staff all smiles and they offered me a cup of water because I think the medical tech noticed I was nervous. He was always cheerful and talked to me like one human beingto another. Long story short I had to have a hysterectomy and the care I recieved before, during and after my surgery was excellent.He is a Great Gynecologist! He answered all my questions and gave me top notch treatment!

Dr. Mason was recommended to me as an expert in Supra Cervical Hysterectomy, however, Dr. Mason quickly diagnosed that the complications involved in my medical condition required a full abdominal hysterectomy. Dr. Mason's expertise and comforting while explaining the details of my condition to me and my family in addition to the successful outcome of my surgery make me feel very fortunate to have had him as my surgeon.

Dr Mason is a very caring person, listens to your concerns, explains the situation and discusses the options. If your spouse is with you he makes sure they understand what is going on and they are comfortable also. Great MD.
