Before I found Dr. Silberman I had no idea who would do the cosmetic procedures I wanted, which so far have been for facial anti-aging. I've had under-chin liposuction, a small facelift and three filler injections. I feel as though I've gone back in time! Aside from his great skills with cosmetic procedures he is so accommodating, conscientious and great with detail. I can also tell that patient safety is of utmost importance to him. He's very versatile in terms of anesthesia options, in fact moreso than any other doctor I've ever heard about. His ability to do many surgeries under straight local anesthesia, with no IV sedation is very unusual and is another reflection of his exceptional skill. I'm an extremely "phobic" and apprehensive patient but this doctor and his wonderful staff always allay my fears and in fact I actually have always had a pleasant time during my procedures.
