Initially saw Dr. Pharo 2 years ago for female hormone imbalance during perimenopause. I was also seeing an endocrinologist for hypothyroidism but still was not feeling my best with that treatment. Dr. Pharo checked my adrenals, vitamin, mineral, amino acid levels, ferritin levels, and food sensitivities. We discovered many deficiencies that I am currently addressing and balancing. In addition, I asked her to start treating my thryoid since all I'm dealing with is inner connected. She switched me to a compounded armour thyroid and after only a week, the brain fog I have lived with for 4 years is lifting. I wish I had found Dr. Pharo 4 years ago--I would not have lost those 4 years of my life. She is amazingly thorough and really listens. I'm the type that wants to understand how everything works and she is so good at explaining it to me. She also is not bothered that I read a lot online about what I'm dealing with and discusses what I have found. I feel like I'm important to her and not on a superficial level. Her staff is so kind both in person and on the phone. For the first time I feel positive about my health and the process to improve it instead of frustrated.

I have been doing Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian jiujitsu for more then 20 years. Like most people I felt myself slowing down as I entered my 40s. The fact that I couldn't keep up my students, as well as my midlife crisis, really brought me down. I felt that my life was just starting and I couldn't see myself on the sidelines. A friend suggested, I go see Dr.Pharo. She treated for my lack of energy, as well suggest changes in my diet and life style. Because of her I regained my youthfull energy. Now at the age of 42 I feel like I am in the best shape of my life.

I've been seeing Dr Pharo for over 4 years. I have chronic pain, am in surgical menopause, have many stomach problems and a weak immune system. Dr Pharo has went above and beyond in trying to help me. She was there when other doctors washed their hands of me. She never stops trying to find answers and looks outside the box.

Dr Pharo's staff are as kind and good as she is. They are never rude and go above and beyond in helping.

Another good thing is you don't have to wait months for an appointment! Test results are prompt and Dr Pharo always has a copy waiting for you and goes over the results with you and gives her recommendations. You are never rushed, she will take as much as you need to discuss your health.
