Dr. DeRosa is my OB and delivered both of my boys. My first delvery became an emergancy at 36 weeks when my placenta suddenly abrupted while I was at home. The situation quickly became serious with the baby and myself "crashing". DeRosa was seen sprinting down the hallway at 7:00 a.m. to deliver our baby boy and help me. We both ended up in the NICU and ICU for a few days but I firmly believe it was Dr. DeRosa's knowledge that saved my son's life. Our 2nd pregnancy was carefully watched by DeRosa and his nurse Shelly then at a dr. appt. at 37 weeks he noticed an elevated blood pressure and sent me to the hospital. At first, they were going to make me wait until he called them and I immediatley received a room. He has a great bedside manner, listens to tons of questions, and is very empathetic. I highly recommend Dr. DeRosa to everyone because if an emergency ever arrives he will do whatever it takes to make everything better. The nurses at the hospital all said how lucky I was to have him as my doctor as well.

Dr. DeRosa, in my opinion, is about as good as they come. I first met him in 2006 when we were undergoing our first IVF procedure. He answered all my questions and I never felt stupid for being nervous and asking so many questions. He is empathic, excited, hopeful, intelligent and trustworthy.
Now, two little boys later, we are undergoing more fertility treatments and once again, we have chosen Dr. DeRosa to assist our IVF physician. He is simply the best there is.

Dr. DeRosa delivered my 6 children. He has an incredibly gentle bedside manner and is very compassionate and understanding. He made a point of getting to know me and really just took incredible care of me.

I have changed many doctors, but I was impressed by Dr. DeRosa since in my first appointment with his friendliness and assistance.Later during my treatment I found out so many good things about him. He is passionate about his profession and very talented. He was my comfort during my procedure. He cheered me up.
Dr. DeRosa is a unique, down to earth doctor and cares so much about me and his patient.

Dr. DeRosa and his staff at both the Ballas Road and Wolfrum Road locations are terrific! They are always responsive and never make you feel foolish for asking questions. Our relationship began while I was seeking infertility treatment in 2003. And, even though our treatment tract was ultimately unsuccessful, Dr. DeRosa often took the time to talk with us and help me and my husband through the decisions that had to be made along the way. He recently performed my hysterectomy and once again been informative, helpful, and responsive to all of my concerns. Dr. DeRosa's technical skill is well known here in the St. Louis area, so he is quite busy. But he always takes the time to talk with me when I have a concern and that is why I highly recommend!
