Dr. Hafez is one of the most intelligent, caring, empathic physicians I have ever had the pleasure to know. He genuinely cares about each and every patient and is a great comfort when times are tough. He goes above and beyond what is needed to ease his patients with compassion, not only for the patient but the family of the patient. He has helped me, and my family during a very difficult time when my beloved brother was having problems and I could not get any immediate help for him. He took the time out of his extremely busy schedule to see him and help ease our anxieties. I also have to mention that one of this doctors assets to his office is his equally caring and helpful assistant Iris. If the doctor is away, she will do everything in her power to help you.
I truly will never forget the kindness that Dr. Hafez and Iris has shown to me and my family over the many years I have been a patient. They are both one in a trillion.
