If you need a breast cancer Doctor, Dr. Bays is the one to go to. She is the most compassionate genuine Doctor I have ever met. Before surgery she talks to her patient making sure all questions are answered reasurring them and holding their hand. Once the patient is in the operating room she lays a warm blanket on the cold O.R. table to ensure her patients comfort before they move over onto the table. More warm blankets follow as she wraps her patients not only in the warm blankets but in a safe secure haven before they are put to sleep. She hols their hand and speeks softly to them as they drift off to sleep. The patient is treated with the utmost dignity and caring during the entire operative procedure. How do I know all of this? I am a perioperative nurse who has had the pleasure of working with Dr. Bays in the operating room at Saint Josephs Hospital. Caring for Dr. Bay's patients also gives me the opportunity to speak with her patients. "I love her, She is wonderful, What a caring women." These are only a few of the comments that you hear from her patients. I feel I can recommend Dr. Bays since I have had the opportunity to work with her first hand. If I ever needed a Doctor of this nature I would not hesitate to call Dr Bays.
