I have had long chronic pain that has frustrated many doctors and led everyone to a dead end road. I was very scared to go to pain management as I did not know what to expect. Dr. Hess has been awesome.. We work together and try to figure things out. He makes it clear he is not giving up on me at times when I feel there is no hope for me to have pain relief. He continues trying options and never shows frustration. He is open, honest and concerned about many aspects of my life. He always has a wonderful bedside manner and if he needs to reach out for help he does! I am very skeptical of doctors and question if doctors really care about there patients.. I believe dr Hess genuinely cares about me as his patient as well as a person! I feel blessed to have him working with my pain and grateful too!!

I am very pleased with the care I received from Dr Hess. I think he is very smart. Knows about pain and how to treat it. He listens to his patients and is not put off by being asked to explain things. And he is willing to explain it in ways non doctors can understand. Kudos! I would suggest him for a number of reasons. He is willing to take time with his patients which seems so rare now a days. He has an excellent bed side manner. If you have chronic pain I would suggest him in an instant. I think you will be pleased. I was treated for Orchialgia.
