I AGREE WITH THE REST OF THE POSITIVE COMMENTS ABOUT DR. GUARNACCIA. UNFORTUNATELY I MOVED OUT TO SUFFOLK COUNTY AND IT IS JUST TOO FAR ! :(
I HAD SEVERAL ISSUES AND I WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND DR. GUARNACCIA FOR ANY KIND OF GYNECOLOGICAL ISSUE AS WELL AS A COMPASSIONATE DOCTOR.
I HAD THREE SURGERIES THAT WERE THE BEST EXPERIENCES ( UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES ).
I FIRST MET DR GUARNACCIA WHEN I WENT TO THE ER AND WAS PREGNANT IN MY TUBES. HE DID EVERYTHING NECESSARY AND I RECOVERED. A FEW MONTHS LATER I HAD CERVICAL DYSPLASIA AND HAD SURGERY FOR THAT AS WELL AS SURGERY FOR RECONSTRUCTION ON MY FALLOPIAN TUBE.
I HAVE TO TELL YOU GOING THROUGH ALL OF THAT AND TO KNOW A DR CAN BE SO COMPASSIONATE AND UNDERSTANDING , AS WELL AS A TERRIFIC PERSON, THAT IS HARD TO FIND.
I SINCERELY HATED TO GIVE UP DR. GUARNACCIA AND I KNOW I WILL NEVER FIND SUCH AN OUTSTANDING DR. AGAIN.

Doctor Guarnaccia is one of the kindest and sincere Surgens I have ever met. I have been his patient for thirty years. His bedside manner both during office hours and surgery leave you feeling like you are amongst friends. He is cheerful yet both compitant and trustworthy. He makes you laugh when times are the toughest. He holds your hand before surgery and when you wake up he is the first person you see. He has done lapascopic surgery on me five times for ovarian cysts and you can not detect a scar. When I had fertility issues he made the impossiable possiable. My beautiful boy is now eighteen years old thanks to the fertility expertise of Dr. G. I dread the day he retires because I could never imagine seeing another GYN. The man is BRILLIANT!!!
